Seville's alternative night
The nightlife in Seville would not be the same without the Alameda, a neighbourhood that is constantly renewing itself, and where we can now find many places full of imagination and different styles.
Where history and avant-garde meet
The Alameda de Hércules is not only the oldest public park in Europe, it is also the city’s best-known youth entertainment area.
A large pedestrian area full of bars and restaurants with different personalities, frequented by tourists and students from all over the world.
In the style of London’s Soho or Barcelona’s Raval, Seville’s Alameda is a fantastic mix of historic sites, creative spaces, multicultural offerings and life, lots of nightlife.
Space for the legend
Such is the artistic torrent that pulsates in the Alameda that it will surely encourage your most creative and, why not, most transgressive side. This is something that is very present throughout this neighbourhood. Without going any further, world music legends such as Jesús de la Rosa, leader of the legendary group Triana, have been forged in its vicinity.
All kinds of music fit in the Alameda
Bars where you can enjoy jazz, dance to alternative pop-rock, enjoy legendary concert halls, or explore electronic music. All this is possible in the Alameda.
But this large space also serves as an urban stage for a multitude of open-air artistic activities, numerous music festivals, as well as cultural and thematic meetings that make it a place full of life 365 days a year.
La Alameda is made for living life intensely.
Very diverse, very Alameda
A vibrant space full of diversity that becomes the epicentre of the LGBTQ+ community all year round. Known as the gay-friendly area of the city, the Alameda is much more than just a meeting place: it is a symbol of vindication and celebration. In June, this iconic promenade is transformed into a unique setting where people of all genders and sexual orientations come together to show their pride and fight for equality. A place where freedom and inclusion are lived with intensity.
