Pride 2024

With the arrival of June, Seville is flooded with Pride, opening up to everyone who visits the city. The capital becomes an ideal place to enjoy the festivities taking place during the Pride month, discovering its rich and artistic heritage, the warmth of its climate and its people, its rich gastronomy… Seville will welcome you with open arms in its massive LGTBIQ+ Pride celebrations.

The Delegate for Equality, Blanca Gastalver, presented the programme and the campaign with the slogan “Seville, your Pride”, which puts a face to the protagonists of a month full of activities. The presentation ceremony took place at the Centro Cívico de Las Sirenas and was presented by the journalist Sergio Morante.

Seville unfolds with pride

June is Sexual Diversity Month 2024, which is being developed by Seville City Council in collaboration and coordination with all the groups involved. On 27 June at 9.30pm the Spanish singer Pastora Soler will kick off Pride 2024 in the Alameda de Hércules. This year, the renowned singer celebrates 30 years on stage.

They have also presented the poster and campaign for Sexual Diversity Month 2024, starring four young Sevillians who belong to the city’s dance sector, from the company «Alberto, ‘El Romero'».

In addition, on 27 and 28 June, associations and organisations will set up 18 tents in the Alameda de Hércules from 7pm to 12am in parallel to a central one where talks and presentations will take place.

An unbeatable programme

The final stretch of the month of June will feature various activities and actions such as the “V Encuentro y Feria de Asociaciones y Entidades del Consejo LGTBI» (“V Meeting and Fair of Associations and Entities of the LGTBI Council») in front of the Centro Cívico de Las Sirenas or the cycle of «musical performances» that will take place in the Alameda de Hércules on 27, 28 and 29 June from 7pm, in recognition of citizen participation as a right and its importance to achieve an adequate development for the inclusion of the demands of the LGTBI collective in municipal public policies, will develop a series of activities that contribute to prevent any discrimination, neglect or violence based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

Seville is one of the most relevant celebrations at national level. Once again, this year, it welcomes all those who want to celebrate Sexual Diversity in the city, with an unbeatable programme. During the month there will be previous parties, which will encourage all those who want to start celebrating their pride in the city.

Activities in the central tent

Thursday 27 June: At 7pm, screening of “Movimiento contra la Intolerancia” spots and at 8.30pm, presentation of the Queer Choir in Seville organised by Fundación Triángulo Andalucía.

Friday 28 June: At 7pm, a bingo organised by Adhara; at 8pm, “Triángulo” develops the initiative «La G.O.L.F.A.», which aims to recover the visibility of relevant lesbian women in history. On the other hand, at 9pm, “Sevilla diversidad LGTBI” will present the anthology «Coloquio de Resistencia», with several lesbian authors and references. The event will be presented by Elena Beatriz Flores Gómez.

27 and 28 June

Thursday 27th June: Proclamation and Drag Gala.

Presentation and introduction for the dynamisation of all the performances by Frana Gabana. From 8pm:

Friday 28 June: TRANS Pride.

Presentation-conduction for the dynamisation of all the performances by Ángela Ponce. From 8pm:
