Pride 2023

This year the City Council presents a programme of activities to celebrate and vindicate Sexual Diversity Month on an international level. A Pride of special relevance within Spain and which is achieving notoriety beyond our borders.

This year, the planned events will start on 21st June, with milestones such as the opening speech to be given by the Malaga singer Vanesa Martín on Thursday 22nd June and the demonstration – parade to be held on Saturday 24th June.

Some key dates

22nd JUN

The Alameda Festival kicks off with the opening of the Associations Fair (round tables, book presentations and talks in the main marquee).

At 21:00, the opening speech by Vanesa Martín will be followed by the Drag Gala organised every year by the Togayther Association.

 

23rd JUN

Trans Pride. The Trans Association of Andalusia Silvia Rivera will once again give visibility to the collective in an event with several years of tradition.

 

24th JUN

At 19:30 the Andalusian march for LGTBI rights organised by the Federación de Entidades Orgullo Andalucía will start. On arrival at the Alameda, the associations will read the manifesto to give way to a big party on the Alameda Stage.
