It was one of the most visited pavilions at Expo 92.

The Navigation Pavilion was dedicated to scientific expeditions, discoveries and advances in naval technology. Some of its rooms recreated the interior environment of a ship at the time of Columbus, such as the hold or the deck. It constituted one of the most visited pavilions of the entire Exposition.
