Chinese Cuisine in the heart of Seville

We cannot talk about this culture without mentioning their gastronomy, and during China Week  our palates will be delighted with menus  specially designed for this event by various restaurants. One of the main attractions is the showcooking event that will take place on Saturday, October 19, at 6:00 PM, in which local chefs and Chinese cuisine experts will join forces to take us on a journey through the flavors of Asia. You will be able to enjoy the subtlety of Chinese food, the freshness of its ingredients, and the art of preparation. Each bite will be an explosion of flavors, reminding us of the endless variety of Chinese cuisine, while the aroma of exotic teas fills the air, enveloping us in a multisensory experience that will make us want to explore even more.

In addition to this culinary journey, you will also have the chance to enjoy a special Chinese tapa at the Gourmet Experience of El Corte Inglés in the Plaza del Duque and purchase a selection of Chinese products at the store.

Each word will resonate with a cultural legacy that endures through the centuries.

Another example is the master lecture by Dr. Juan Carlos Crespo on traditional Chinese medicine, which will be followed by a tasting of Chinese teas. Additionally, Dr. Kurt Grotsch will share his insights on the famous Silk Road in the master lecture titled «Las dos Rutas de la Seda: la tradicional y la contemporanea» (The Two Silk Roads: The Historical and the Contemporary). These presentations will take place on Monday, 21 October, and Wednesday, 23 October, at 5:30 PM, respectively.
