The Fourth International Conference on Financing for Development (FFD4), organized by the UN and set to take place in Seville in 2025, will bring together world leaders to address the transformation of the global financial system in support of sustainable development. In a context of overlapping crises, the conference will review progress since the Addis Ababa Action Agenda and promote new commitments to finance the SDGs. Key topics include financial architecture reform, large-scale resource mobilization, tax fairness, and international cooperation. The preparatory process has been open and inclusive, with broad global participation.
